Greene Façade Consulting is a leading consultancy for façade design, engineering and building materials. Operating throughout the UK & Ireland we specialise in façade engineering, concept design and specification, in addition to testing, manufacturing and on-site inspections for both new builds and also existing building stock.
We pride ourselves in finding innovative, intelligent and cost effective solutions by working in close collaboration with the wider design team to maximise value for each client.

Paul Greene
Managing Director
Paul has 20 years of experience in the façade industry, working on a number of high profile national and international projects, in a range of roles including; bid management, design and project management. Prior to founding Greene Façade Consulting in 2019 much of Paul’s experience has been in design, engineering and final delivery of complex façade projects. Paul has extensive knowledge of aluminium façade systems, unitised curtain walling, windows and doors. Special interest areas include sheet metal cladding, terracotta and bespoke rainscreen façades.
Paul’s technical focus coupled with a hands-on approach to project delivery has led to him working on a number of high-profile national and international projects. He works closely with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers, ensuring a holistic, high quality façade outcome across a variety of building typologies and client sectors.
Adrian Doyle
Senior Associate
Adrian has 25 years experience in the façade industry having worked in a wide variety of roles including; estimating, design, consulting and project management. Adrian specialises in a design-led approach to project delivery. This has afforded him experience in a diverse range of large–scale schemes from inception to completion, working with individual teams at each stage. With extensive knowledge of the design and testing of bespoke curtainwall systems Adrian’s experience includes; prototyping, manufacturing, quality control and management, testing and installation.
Adrian’s role focuses on developing engineered solutions for projects of varying complexities and detailing systems with a broad palette of materials.
Diarmaid MacAuley
Consultant
Diarmaid has over 25 years of combined architectural experience as an exterior envelope consultant, engineer and owner of a successful specialist façade sub-contracting business. Diarmaid’s broad experience has led him to develop practical expertise with a wide variety of building envelope types. He applies his knowledge of complex building envelope systems and technologies in working collaboratively with architects, engineers, construction managers and manufacturers to develop focused and cost-effective solutions.
Diarmaid’s responsibilities include project management, site/factory inspection, façade condition surveying and performance mock-up testing.
