One Eastside will consist of two towers, the tallest standing at a height of 160 metres over 51 storeys; making it Birmingham’s tallest structure. Across both towers the development provides 698 luxury city centre apartments alongside a host of residential amenity spaces; ranging from flexible work spaces, gyms, a cinema and Birmingham’s highest bar, sky lounge and terrace.
