Player Wills

The second phase of development within the Bailey Gibson Player Wills site in Dublin 8 consists of 4 new build residential units as well as, the redevelopment of the existing Player Wills factory building, PW1. It is proposed to retain and restore all of the front and side facades of the 1924 phase factory building along with the 1930s second floor extension. A new north façade will be created at the end of the 1924 footprint where it has been extended. New extensions will be provided at roof level set back from the street.
