Southbank Place Building 5

Southbank Place Building 5 is the final phase of the Southbank Place development and will provide 92 apartments and 18,600 sq ft of retail space.

At 15 storeys tall, the retail space will be located on the ground level, and 88 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, will span Levels 01 to 11, with four super prime double height penthouse suites situated on the upper levels at Level 12 to 13.
